- Before we go, we run magnets over your yard to pick up stray nails.
- You get the wind mitigation report in your hands.
And if something's off afterward, we'll come back out and make it right. You won't have to argue with us about it.
Two things to ask any roofer for
Florida licenses roofing contractors, so what protects you is a valid license and proper insurance. Look anybody up at myfloridalicense.com; you want a Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC) license that's active with no discipline on record. Then ask for a certificate of general liability and workers' compensation coverage. If a roofer without it gets hurt at your home, that's your problem to sort out. You'll have both of ours before any work begins.
