Roofing across Cape Coral and Lee County

Cape Coral by section, then Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Pine Island, the beaches and the islands, and south to Bonita and Estero.

We're based in Cape Coral and we work the whole city daily. The Cape is big — 120 square miles, 400 miles of canals, and roofs from every decade since the 1960s — so here's how we think about it.

Cape Coral by section

Southeast Cape

The Yacht Club, downtown, Caloosahatchee, Del Prado, Palaco Grande, Savona. The oldest roofs in the city — 1960s–80s ranches on shingle and early tile, and the streets that took Ian's surge. Lots of re-roofs, lanai tie-in leaks and roof-age inspections.

Southwest Cape

Pelican, Rose Garden, Tarpon Point, Cape Harbour, Sandoval, Trafalgar and the Gulf-access canals off Cape Coral Parkway West. Tile country — thousands of 1985–2010 concrete tile roofs with underlayment at the end of its life. Re-underlayment, tile repair, aluminum metal near the river mouth.

Northeast Cape

Hancock Bridge Parkway, Santa Barbara, Kismet, Diplomat, Pine Island Road corridor and the neighborhoods toward Burnt Store. A mix of 1980s–2000s shingle and tile and a lot of 2004–2007 builder roofs approaching 20 years.

Northwest Cape & Burnt Store

The spreader canals, Burnt Store Road, the Northwest Cape build-out. The newest roofs in the city — metal and tile built to the 2007-and-later code, plus new construction going up now. Warranty work, storm repairs and metal on the elevated homes.

Beyond the Cape

Which permit office?

City of Cape Coral inside the city. City of Fort Myers inside its limits. Town of Fort Myers Beach, City of Sanibel, City of Bonita Springs and Village of Estero each issue their own. Everything else — North Fort Myers, Lehigh, Pine Island, Captiva, San Carlos Park, most of the Daniels corridor — is unincorporated Lee County. Every one of them requires a state-licensed roofing contractor to pull the permit. We pull from the right office, schedule the inspections and close it.

Storm season is every season here. Get the roof looked at.
